  • ·Menu Selection

    Your menu selection should be finalized no later than two weeks (14 days) prior to your event date. JT’s Rustic Cuisine is a home-based establishment and must have notice in advance in order to provide the best quality food.

  • ·Deposits & Guaranteed Guest Count

    When making any order with JT’s Rustic Cuisine, we ask that you make a 50% deposit of your order to secure it. The remaining balance can be paid in cash, card, or check.

    For all events, JT’s Rustic Cuisine needs to know the guest count in order to properly provide the amount of food you would need to satisfy your guests.

     

  • ·Payments

    A non-refundable 50% deposit is required when placing any order with JT’s Rustic Cuisine. Final payment is due on the day of pickup. JT’s Rustic Cuisine is pick up only!

  • ·Cancellations

    If you decide to cancel your order within 30 days of the event, any deposits will be forfeited. Cancellations that occur on the same day as the event (last minute cancellation), deposit will not be refunded.
